Delivery Times
We provide Island-wide delivery service.
Delivery will be done within 3-5 working days. (Please note that Delivery cut off time will be 3pm).
You will be required to provide your signature to confirm the receipt at the point of delivery. If the product is not delivered due to any extrinsic circumstances, the parcel would be returned to our warehouse. Please reach us on info@metrohome.lk or 0778620649 to arrange a redelivery and be informed that you may be responsible for additional delivery charges on any redelivery.
Delivery times are estimates only. We will try our best to meet the estimated delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
The orders may take longer and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activities or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather. If your delivery does not reach as expected, please contact us at info@metrohome.lk or 0778620649.
Kindly note that deliveries are not made on public holidays. Time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sales for further information.
